Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or opened socks unless they are faulty.
How to Initiate a Return

- Send Your Items – Once we confirm your return, ship your items back to us at the provided address.
- Processing Your Refund – After inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be issued for eligible returns, excluding shipping costs.
- Exchanges are possible if the requested item is in stock.
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your socks arrive damaged or defective, please email us at info@glamsox.co.uk with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
