Processing & Delivery Times
We aim to get your GLAMSOX order to you as quickly as possible!
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Standard UK Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.
- Express UK Shipping: If available, express shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the UK, but we are working on expanding our shipping options soon! Stay tuned for updates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
Delivery Issues & Missing Orders
If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us at info@glamsox.co.uk with your order details. We will work with our courier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
- If your order has already been processed, we won’t be able to make changes, but you can initiate a return or exchange once you receive it.
